Branch Manager – Equipment Rental Operations

As Branch Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the branch, manage a dedicated team, and drive sales and rentals of top-tier equipment—including Caterpillar earthmoving machines, aerial lifts, generators, and more. Your leadership will be key to ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Valid driver’s license.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods with frequent bending.
• Capability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Extensive travel to and from customer job sites.
