Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual sales goals and budgets aligned with company objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Promote a culture of excellence by sharing best practices and standardizing sales processes.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development.
  • Foster a supportive environment through timely feedback and problem-solving.
  • Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for results.
  • Build strong customer relationships, identify needs, resolve issues, and promote positive public relations.

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Sit and stand for extended periods; frequent bending.
  • Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Travel frequently to company locations and customer sites.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven leadership and team development skills.
  • Strong sales acumen with a focus on value-based selling.
  • Motivational and inspirational leadership style.
  • Excellent communication and accountability skills.
  • Deep understanding of the sales process and ability to coach effectively.
  • Experience with CAT or competitive equipment is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern sales tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
