Rental Yard Coordinator/Driver

Milton Rents is seeking a reliable and driven Yard Coordinator/Driver to support our fast-paced equipment rental operations. This essential role helps keep our yard running smoothly and ensures our equipment is clean, organized, and ready for customers. Responsibilities also include the delivery and pickup of small equipment and supplies to and from job sites.

What You'll Do:

• Inspect, clean, and prepare rental equipment for delivery or return.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment from trucks.
• Perform basic maintenance and safety checks.
• Deliver and pick up small equipment and supplies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment.
• Support drivers and mechanics with equipment handling and logistics.

What We're Looking For:

• A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED, trade school certificate or equivalent experience preferred.
• Valid medical card and/or ability to obtain medical card.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
• Demonstrated the ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time with frequent bending.
• Ability to work inside and outside in variable weather conditions.
